Classes
This is a fun workout designed to keep you fit and healthy. This class is suitable for everyone whatever their fitness level. All the routines are shown with lots of options so everyone from beginners to experienced participants exercise at the right level for themselves. The class usually finishes with some floor work and toning exercises so please bring along an exercise mat or a thick towel. Aerobics
