FOOD for THOUGHT WORKSHOPS
Lots of us worry about
our diet and the effect it has on our health and our weight. Some people want
to eat in a way that is healthy and good for their body; others want to change their
weight. With all the diet and healthy eating information we are bombarded with
every time we pick up a paper or turn on the TV, it should be easy to eat the
right things in the right amount.
But it isn’t is it?
And there are two main reasons for this. One is that diets, dieting and
‘healthy option’ foods are a multi million pound business, and it can be very
difficult to discern the truth from the bare faced lies designed to part us
from our money. The other reason is that official information coming from
respected sources such as doctors and the government is often presented in a
way that is hard to understand in terms of what we need to eat on a daily
basis.
Food for Thought Workshops are designed to unravel the confusion around diets, dieting and healthy eating, to give you the information you need in a way that you can use it. Workshops last for around 2 hours and cost £6.00. So look out for details of workshops in your area.
