What do classes cost?

Classes in Deanshanger and Hanslope are £3.80. Sherington is £5.00 because it is a 1½hr class.

 

Do I need to book?

No. Just come along on the day.

 

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. You pay at the door and you only have to pay for the classes you come to?

 

What do I need to bring with me?

 

 

What do I wear?

 

I have not exercised for a long time, will I be able to keep up?

Do not worry. I give lots of alternatives and options so there will always be something at the right level for you

 

I have been exercising for a long time, is there a class for me?

See answer to question above.

 

Are their age limits for coming to class?

16 – 65. Over 65’s may need a letter of consent from their doctor. Please get in touch if you need more information about this.

 

Should I eat before coming to class?

Definitely. Ideally you would have had something to eat 1½ - 2 hours before class.

 

Can I exercise if I am pregnant?

Yes if your doctor or midwife says it is safe for you to do so. It is not recommended to increase your exercise levels during pregnancy.

 

How soon after I have had my baby can I exercise?

Again the answer is when your doctor or midwife gives you the all clear which is usually around 6 weeks after giving birth.
